Shipping Policy

4. Order Tracking Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking

information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

5. International Shipping & Customs We ship to most international destinations. Customers are

responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local

authorities. Sonny’s Super Solutions Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by customs

processes.

6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided

by the customer or failure to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping

costs. If the package is returned and the customer does not wish to have it re-shipped, a refund

(minus shipping costs) may be issued at our discretion.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48

hours of delivery with photos of the damage. If your order is missing or lost in transit, please notify

us within 7 business days so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We may offer a

replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns Items may be returned within [14–30 days] of delivery. Returned items must

be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Certain items may be non-returnable

due to hygiene, customization, or safety reasons.
